Anotace:	Studie představuje výsledky výzkumného šetření, jehož cílem bylo zmapovat možnosti poskytování pomoci a podpory osobám ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody (dále jen "VTOS") a po VTOS při řešení problémů souvisejících s jejich rodinnou situací. V rámci tohoto výzkumu byli dotazováni pracovníci institucí penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče. Při tomto šetření byly dotázány tyto skupiny osob: vybraní pracovníci vězeňských zařízení, sociální kurátoři působící v obcích s rozšířenou působností (dále též "ORP"), případně další zaměstnanci ORP, pracovníci Probační a mediační služby a zástupci nestátních neziskových organizací zaměřujících se na oblast penitenciární a post-penitenciární péče. Výzkum se zaměřil na tři hlavní okruhy otázek týkajících se rodinné situace osob ve VTOS a po VTOS. Nejprve byl zmapován význam tématu rodinné situace při práci zástupců dotázaných institucí a byly přiblíženy nejdůležitější situace, které v souvislosti s tímto tématem dotazované osoby řeší. Další okruh otázek se týkal toho, do jaké míry a v jakých konkrétních situacích mohou přímo dotazovaní pracovníci, respektive instituce, jež zastupují, pomoci osobám ve VTOS a po VTOS v souvislosti s jejich rodinnou situací. Posledním tematickým okruhem, který byl v tomto dotazníkovém šetření sledován, byly možnosti spolupráce a hodnocení stávající spolupráce mezi různými institucemi při řešení těchto otázek u osob ve VTOS nebo po VTOS.

Anotace v angličtině:	The study presents the analysis of the results of a research survey conducted with respect to determining the views of the staff of institutions which provide penitentiary and post-penitentiary care in the Czech Republic. The interviewees provided an assessment of the potential for the provision of assistance and support to prisoners and persons recently released from prison relating particularly to the family situation of such persons. The following groups of persons were interviewed: selected prison staff, social services managers and other personnel employed by so-called municipalities with extended powers responsible for dealing with persons released from prison, staff from the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic and representatives of non-profit organisations that provide penitentiary and post-penitentiary care. The research focused on three main aspects related to the family situations of prisoners and persons released from prison. The first aspect involved both the determination of th e significance of the topic of the family situation of prisoners and released persons in terms of the work of the representatives of the institutions approached and a detailed description of the most important family situations addressed by the interviewees. The next part of the study focused on the capacity of the interviewees and the institutions for which they worked to provide assistance to prisoners and persons released from prison with regard to the family situations of such persons. This part also included an investigation of the range of specific situations in which the interviewees were able to provide assistance with concern to the family situations of their clients. The final part of the study addressed the level of cooperation, and provided an assessment of the efficacy of existing cooperation, between the various institutions that provide penitentiary and post-penitentiary care. In accordance with the first two parts of the study, the final part concentrated on the responses of interviewees to th ose questions that specifically concerned the issue of the provision of assistance and support related to the family situations of their clients.

Anotace:	Materiál shrnuje vybrané poznatky z výzkumného projektu "Výzkum integrace osob propuštěných z VTOS" týkající se pomoci osobám ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody ("VTOS") zaměřené na přípravu na život po propuštění, přičemž předmětem zájmu byla jednak otázka vlivu zaměstnávání a dalších programů realizovaných ve VTOS mj. na možnosti pracovního uplatnění po opuštění výkonu trestu a jednak zachycení podmínek, jimiž je nebo může být velmi silně ovlivněna úspěšnost zaměstnávání i dalších programů. Jeho hlavním účelem je souhrnně prezentovat klíčové okolnosti, které charakterizují přípravu odsouzených osob na propuštění z VTOS, a hlavní dilemata a oblasti, jimiž je potřeba se zabývat v souvislosti se snahou o přípravu na opuštění výkonu trestu. Materiál přibližuje poznatky z těchto tří tematických oblastí: - Základní informace o osobách ve VTOS: vybrané informace rámující celkový kontext tématu; Zaměstnávání ve VTOS a jeho vlivy na ekonomickou a profesní připravenost odsouzené osoby na opuštění VTOS a Další okolnosti determinující úspěšné znovuuvedení do společnosti během VTOS (včetně délky trestu jako jedné z determinant).

Anotace v angličtině:	The paper presents findings on the preparation of prisoners for their release during the prison sentence. Presented findings were gathered in the research project "The Integration of Persons Released from Prisonö. The paper focuses mainly on the key circumstances related to the preparation of sentenced persons for their release from prison and discovers main dilemmas and areas which need to be addressed before their release from prison. The paper presents findings from the following three areas: Information on prisoners and the most important contextual settings of the studied topic; Employment during the prison sentence and its effects on the economic and professional readiness of the convicted person for their reentry into the society and Other circumstances which determine successful reentry into the society (including e.g. the length of the sentence as one of the determinants).

Anotace:	Materiál shrnuje vybrané poznatky z výzkumného projektu "Výzkum integrace osob propuštěných z VTOS" týkající se zajištění podpory osobám propuštěným z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody ("VTOS") institucemi působícími v oblasti postpenitenciární péče. V materiálu je pozornost zaměřena především na poznatky, jež týkající se postpenitenciární péče a spolupráce organizací působících v této oblasti. Nejprve přitom byly shrnuty údaje týkající se přípravy na propuštění ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a základní informace o osobách ve VTOS. Účelem těchto informací bylo ale spíše vyjasnit kontext dalších prezentovaných poznatků. Podrobněji se těmto otázkám věnují další samostatné výstupy projektu.

Anotace v angličtině:	The paper presents findings on support provided to persons released from prison which provide them institutions of post-penitentiary care. Presented findings were gathered in the research project "The Integration of Persons Released from Prisonö. The paper focuses mainly on the provision of post-penitentiary care and analyses the cooperation of organizations working in this field as well. It initially provides also some basic contextual information such as findings on the preparation of prisoners for their release during the prison sentence and basic information on persons in prisons and prison sentence. The purpose of this information, however, was rather to clarify the context of other presented findings and these issues are discussed in more detail in separate project outputs.

Anotace:	Zaměstnávání osob ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody ("VTOS") a osob, které byly propuštěny z VTOS, představuje velmi specifickou a doposud také málo probádanou problematiku. Jedním z hlavních záměrů této studie tak je usnadnit orientaci v této problematice. Ve studii jsou proto nejen shrnuta stěžejní východiska týkající se této problematiky a poznatky z dřívějších výzkumů, ale poměrně značná pozornost je v ní věnována také legislativnímu ukotvení a nastavení podmínek pro zaměstnávání odsouzených osob a jsou v ní přiblíženy údaje o zaměstnávání těchto osob. Stěžejní částí studie pak je výzkumná reflexe témat týkajících se zaměstnávání a pracovní integrace osob ve VTOS, respektive osob, které byly propuštěny z VTOS. Kromě samotného zaměstnávání těchto osob tak byla pozornost věnována také tématu zajištění rekvalifikací u osob ve VTOS nebo dalším aktivitám podporujícím možné budoucí uplatnění na trhu práce. Zaměstnání osob propuštěných z VTOS je v řadě odborných textů vnímáno jako klíčový integrační faktor při jejich návratu do společnosti. Získání zaměstnání ale současně představuje pouze jednu z důležitých dimenzí znovuuvedení a (re)integrace do společ-nosti. Z těchto důvodů byl v této studii věnován značný prostor také vyhodnocení dalších faktorů a souvislostí mezi uplatněním na trhu práce a celkovými možnostmi (re)integrace vězněných osob a osob propuštěných z VTOS do společnosti. Sledována byla také některá další důležitá související témata, jako například spolupráce mezi pracovníky různých organizací penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče a existence a fungování mechanismů na podporu osob vracejících se z VTOS.

Anotace v angličtině:	The employment of prisoners and the employment of people released from prison are very specific and, to date, little explored issues. Thus, one of the main aims of this study is to facilitate orientation in this issue. Therefore, the study not only summarizes the key points of reference and findings from previous researches, but also gives considerable attention to the legislative regulation and setting of conditions for the employment of convicted persons, and presents data on employment of these persons. The main part of the study is a research reflection of topics related to employment and labour integration of persons in prison, or persons who were released from prison. In addition to the employment of these persons, the attention was also paid to the topic of requalification programs for persons in prison or other activities supporting possible future employment in the labour market. Employment is perceived as a key presumption of reintegration of persons released from prison in a number of professional texts. At the same time, gaining employment is only one of the important dimensions of reintegration into society. For this reason, the study reflected also other factors and connections between the labour market and the overall possibilities of reintegration of prisoners and persons released from prison into society. Some other relevant related topics were also monitored, such as coopera-tion between staff of different penitentiary and post-penitentiary care organizations and the existence and functioning of mechanisms to support persons released from prison.
