Metodika specifikuje soustavu indikátorů k hodnocení pokroku vzhledem ke stanoveným cílům v oblasti potlačování
chudoby a sociálního vyloučení v České republice. Jedná se o soustavu indikátorů k hodnocení pokroku vzhledem
ke stanoveným národním cílům v oblasti potlačování chudoby a sociálního vyloučení, doplněnou vybranými
indikátory na úrovni regionální a lokální. Metodika obsahuje indikátory, jež zahrnují a monitorují cíle, opatření a
jejich charakteristiky v oblasti sociálního začleňování na jedné straně, a vedle toho indikátory, jež monitorují
dopady a výsledky, respektive vývoj situace v oblasti rizik chudoby a sociálního vyloučení, s přihlédnutím k širšímu
kontextu a jiným oblastem veřejných politik. Rovněž je zpracována modelová aplikace metodiky v podobě pilotní
studie, která mj. zahrnuje zhodnocení pokroku v posledních letech vzhledem k vývoji situace v oblasti chudoby,
sociálního vyloučení a sociálního začleňování. Metodika může řešit požadavky kladené v rámci více strategických
materiálů, jimiž operuje ČR na úrovni EU i v domácím kontextu národním a částečně i regionálním, jako jsou
zejména Strategie sociálního začleňování 2014-2020, Dlouhodobá vize resortu práce a sociálních věcí pro oblast
sociálního začleňování, Strategie Evropa 2020 aj.

The Methodology specifies the system of the indicators to assess the progress regarding the objectives
established to combat poverty and social exclusion in the Czech Republic. This is the system of the indicators
related to the national objectives established to combat poverty and social exclusion, supplemented with the
selected indicators on the regional and local level. The methodology includes the indicators which aim to monitor
the objectives, measures and their various characteristics in the field of social inclusion on the on hand, and the
indicators which are monitoring the impacts and outcomes, this is the situation regarding the dynamics of the
risks of poverty and social exclusion with respect to the broader context and to the other areas of public policies.
Also, the model application of the methodology is provided in the form of pilot study, which a.o. includes the
assessment of the progress during the last years regarding the developments in the field of poverty and social
exclusion. The methodology can solve the requirements raised in the frame of numerous strategic documents
adopted by the Czech Republic and at the EUU level and also in the national context, partly the regional one, like
The Strategy for social inclusion 2014-2020, The long-term vision of the sector of labour and social affairs in the
area of social inclusion, Strategy Europe 2020.
